Zoono announces the approval of Zoono by the Ministry of Health in Turkey (Approval Number 2010/188). This approval was supported by a thorough evaluation of data by Turkish authorities as well as testing carried out at prestigious universities and other institutions in Turkey.
Results of this testing confirmed Zoono's proven efficacy as a surface disinfectant and protectant against a range of micro-organisms including Staphylococcus aureus (including the MRSA strain), E.coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans and Legionella. The level of interest in Turkey for the products is extremely high.

Zoonocide etkili koruma sağlayan ve geniş kullanım alanlı bir antiseptik tedavi ürünüdür.
Zoonocide, Amerikan deniz kuvvetlerinde kullanılmak üzere Dow Corning araştırmacıları tarafından bulundu. Özellikle denizaltı mürettebatının mikrop ve virüslerden oluşacak salgın riski, uzun zaman nemli ortamda bulunmaları, biyolojik savaş tehditi, özel bir antiseptik madde gerektiriyordu. Araştırmacılar Nano Teknoloji kullanarak sadece mikrop ve bakterileri yok edecek, insanlara, hayvan ve bitki hücrelerine zarar vermeyecek Zoono’yu keşfetti.1997 yılına kadar askeri sır olarak kaldı. Ancak daha sonra ürün dahada geliştirilerek, silinmeyen ve uzun zaman korumaya devam edebilecek duruma getirildi.
Zoonocide her türlü yüzeye uygulanabilir. Yüzeyde ağ şeklinde bir tabaka oluşturur. Bu tabakanın kalınlığı yanlızca saç telinin bir milyonda biri kadardır. Atomları sayesinde mikropları artı kutup olarak kendine çeker ve membranlarını parçalıyarak yok eder. Cildin veya yüzeyin hava almasına engel olmaz. Metal, cam gibi sert yüzeylerde minumum 28 gün, diğerlerinde limiti çok daha uzun süreli olan koruma sağlar.
Testleri Dow corning labaratuarlarında, Arizona state Üniversitesinde, ABD çevre koruma dairesinde, ABD, Avustralya ve Yeni Zelanda gıda ürünleri dairesi tarafından yapılmıştır.
